Following up on this: I'd rather do as much as possible in one place. Github seems like a better place since the code is a click away and comments in the code are very valuable.
What about issues where there are no PRs in place yet though? What constitutes the link between the two systems, the "external issue link"? Can it be added later and be synced from that point on? Max
