Hi, Do we have REST API endpoints for User's CRUD? Git Users? Project Users? Neighborhood Users? My use case is create project/git users upon registration or confirmaton on my website. Thanks.

Currently they are too simplistic (svn isn't even hooked up). Our RAML api documentation should be updated as well.
