Hello Dave, In sourceforge for each project there is possibility to provide user reviews and to view the number of downloads. Are these features part of Allura? Or are there plugins available that I can integrate?

By default I can see 3 neighbourhoods created by default : Adobe, Projects and Users. Is it possible to create new neighbourhood?
