But that isn't necessary and there are already many that are not in the default data (e.g. "kde" from `User Interface :: Graphical :: KDE` and from `Topic :: Desktop Environment :: K Desktop Environment (KDE)`). It only needs to be unique per trove hierarchy (e.g. within Topic, or within User Interface).
