All Russian text in diff area shows "Uncknown Char" glyphs in number of 2 glyphs per one 2-byte character. (pic-1.png) diff comment in commit header has right encoding. Interestingly, the [non-diff display of the file](https://sourceforge.net/p/oooru/code/556/tree//loru/trunk/ui/xmlsecurity/uiconfig/ui.po) works fine.
