Hi All,

We have somewhat done the planning tonight for version 0.3.0-incubating
with the exception of not assigning anyone with tasks due to a permissions
issue on JIRA.
It seems that none of the committers is able to create a Kanban board nor
can we assign tasks - Mentors, how do we fix that? do we issue a request
for permissions with infra?

We have most tasks covered and because they cannot be assigned here is the
list:
AMATERASU-6 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMATERASU-6> - Yaniv +
Eyal
AMATERASU-7 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMATERASU-7> - Yaniv +
Eyal
AMATERASU-8 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMATERASU-8> - Guy,
which brings up a question to the mentors, how do we treat contributions on
Amaterasu from contributors who are non-committers? do we just not assign
them on JIRA?
AMATERASU-10 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMATERASU-10> - Nadav
AMATERASU-12 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMATERASU-12> - Yaniv +
Eyal + Guy

We also have two side notes:

   - there are still a couple of open tasks for version 0.3.0-incubating so
   contributions are welcomed.
   - We need to start engaging other frameworks and try to bring them to
   integrate with Amaterasu.

Cheers,
