In Background operation window, a request is completed with 100% percentage but
the progress bar is not green.
Reason:
The API request object was showing "progress_percent: 99.96754867698452", but
UI was showing 100% with a blue stripe progress bar.
If anything, UI should round down to the nearest integer, because at 100%, the
bar should be either green or red.
