Remove the simple auth-to-local mapping code added in ViewContextImpl.java and
use the proposed remote-to-local mapping facility as described - add a
remote-to-local mapping of user account names in the Ambari user table to act
like the Kerberos auth-to-local mapping facility. This should allow for
username discrepancies between a remote authentication server (like Active
Directory) and local accounts on the cluster.
