The idea is we need a place in Ambari Admin UI to start housing "Ambari"
related configs. Right now, we will need two (at least)
- Login Activities > Login Message
- Login Activities > Home Directory
- Authentication > All the new LDAP config stuff
Empty page for each new menu item will be added
