Description:
*Steps to reproduce*:
# Deploy cluster.
# Refresh browser.
# Start all service checks quickly (should be started at least 12-13 checks at
the same time).
# After start last check close Background Operations window.
# Open Background Operations window.
# Click "Show more" until all jobs will be opened.
*Result*: some operations are placed incorrectly or duplicates
