Hello Amoro devs,

The binding -1 from the RC6 vote (issue #4348, infinite retry loop for
failed table processes) is resolved by #4349. On top of the RC6 base, RC7
additionally includes #4346 (Iceberg catalog table listing isolation),
#4352 (optimizer registration failure under database HA mode), #4356
(optimizing status metrics reset on restart), #4362 (Iceberg REST catalog
table creation collision returns 409), and #4355 (improved process
identification in logs).

RC7 is cut from the current master (f3685c959), which supersedes the 0.9.x
branch: it contains all fixes previously backported to 0.9.x, plus the
features merged since (AIP-5 dynamic optimizer allocation, the Amoro MCP
server, Lance REST metastore support, Flink 1.20 support, and the Iceberg
1.8.1 upgrade).
