I noticed the 0.9.0-rc9 tag but haven't seen a vote thread yet, so I'm raising this before the vote starts. Amoro's Iceberg 1.8.1 writer can omit next-row-id when committing to V3 tables, making them unreadable by Iceberg 1.9+. I reproduced this after a single self-optimizing compaction.
