+1 I verified RC13 with the following results:
- SHA-512 checksums and GPG signatures passed for all three candidate archives. - The source archive matches the release tag, contains no unexpected compiled artifacts, and passes Apache RAT. - Checked LICENSE/NOTICE in the release packages and 22 selected Maven main/source JARs. The previously reported ICU and frontend licensing gaps are resolved. - Built from the official source archive on macOS ARM64 with Zulu JDK 11.0.27. All 33 modules passed: 3,171 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors, and 352 skipped. - Both Hadoop 2 and Hadoop 3 binaries passed startup, dashboard resource, login, and session checks.
