The machine on which I see the problem (windows 2000) has both the StarTeam
Client (5.2) and the StarGate SDK (also 5.2, Build 118).

However I've made a copy of the jar to another directory in which I keep most
of the jars I use to keep my classpath under control, and this is the one I
have in my classpath. Would this make a difference?

Or would there be a path requirement? There's 6 dlls in the same directory in
which the jar gets installed. When I set up the environment in a command
prompt, I just path to what I need, I don't leave all the cruft that every
install leaves in the system path--so these have probably not been in my path
when I've tested. And they don't seem to have been copied to the Windows system
directory by the install. However I have know idea if some windows registry
magic would make them available if the jar tries to load them.
