I downloaded the binary, checked some manuals, checked the NOTICE file
and ran a couple of my existing Ant projects with the newer version. All
went fine. I don't have access to a Windows system, so I haven't run
anything Windows specific.

This 1.10.16 release of Ant is a regular bug fix release and contains

Windows during the tests of the first RC.
