It will be good to provide concrete examples when commits were not accepted due 
to the high bar and overall percentage of rejected commits compared to total 
number of commits that will support the statement.

Actually few more folks were added to PMCs and there were absolutely no new 
contributions from them, so both statements are not supported by the facts.
