Also fault tolerance was not considered. windowsFromCheckpoint must be
stored as part of the checkpoint state like applicationWindowCount and restored
to the node on recovery like applicationWindowCount. Please see
StreamingContainer line 896 to see how applicationWindowCount is restored to
the node on recovery.
