I also have some concerns for the intended usage of this interface. I think
to determine the tuples obtained from the last streaming window before a
checkpoint you will have to call context.getWindowsFromCheckpoint() for every
tuple received on an input port. If everyone is okay with doing it this way,
I'm fine with it, but I think it makes more sense to have a separate interface
that allows you to have beginStreamingWindow and endStreamingWindow callbacks.
