@gauravgopi123 there are two ways in which user can define attribute on
operators inside,
1) It can define a module property and set it as a operator attribute
during expansion.
2) After DAG expansion attribute/properties defined in dt-site / property
configuration will get applied on expanded dag, User can specify attributes for
expanded operator in the conf file.
