I checked:
- signatures and hash good
- incubating in release name
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE correct
- no binary files in release
- Source files have Apache headers (3 java files don’t are probably OK)
- Can compile from source

You may want to consider adding “apache” to the future release artefact names.
