+1. I checked the LICENSE, NOTICE, and DISCLAIMER files along with
checking for any binaries and running the rat check. I still have
compilation issues. I've sent logs directly to Thomas and Pramod (since
Apache lists strip attachments), but given that it works for everyone
else I don't see this as a show stopper.

Dear Community,
Please vote on the following Apache Apex Core 3.3.0-incubating release
candidate. The only change compared to RC2 is exclusion of IDE settings
archives from the source release archive.
This release adds exciting new features, including support for iterative
processing, modules (ability to expand building blocks into subgraph of
lower level operators), new callback to perform custom operator logic
prior
to a checkpoint etc.
This is a source release with binary artifacts published to Maven.
