is there an API to underline words like the spellchecker does it ?
See property CharUnderline, there is a choice of constants:
com.sun.star.awt.FontUnderline.WAVE, SMALLWAVE, DOUBLEWAVE, BOLDWAVE
More info in your french book, page 198 on rev.1 ;)

but it is not the same as it alters the formatting of the word
What i'm looking for is to be able to underline exactly as the
spellcheker (weel, plyin,g with the color would be great but ...) but
without changing the formating or the style
I've been looking inside the sources and the linguistic2 api without any
success
