Thanks for your help!

I figured this out. I was using the headless
parameter. So I suppose it is logical. With headless
parameter no printer setup window pops up and without
it it works like a treat.

In the meantime though through testing I have
discovered a pretty nasty bug with the scrollbar, I
will detail it in my scrollbar thread.
