[api-dev] Converting to PDF: wrong index page numbers

Hi,

I have used UNO API to convert a master document into PDF very successfully, 
unfortunately the index page numbers
are incorrect by a few pages.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? I am guessing I forgot to set some 
option, any idea?
