I use the build from here:
ftp://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/
The lists of downloads are long, you have to look in the middle to find
the SDK ones, like this:
2.2.1rc3_20070601/OOo_2.2.1rc3_20070601_MacOSXPPC_SDK_en-US.dmg
