actually not being aware of the codesnippets.services page, I already 
introduce snippets into the Uno Wiki, e.g.

http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Uno/Cpp/Code_Snippets

I tend to reference and include snippets in specs and tutorials, though 
I have not factored out all yet ... ;-)
