it's not so difficult, see how structs are mapped to Python in

[Side note: does anybody know why the Python bridged isn't documented in

The following is a quick modification (too lazy to do something
original) of the sample in
/opt/openoffice.org2.4/share/Scripts/python/pythonSamples/
I'm not a pyUNO guru, but it works: creates a table with no borders
(and hides the table boundaries that Writer adds as a view help)
[fix the line brakes if you copy and paste]
