I've been there and at linked pages, but didn't understand that it was
necessary to instantiate a new background, to replace the existing one.
now I was also on the Dev's Guide... but found nothing :-(
As a DrawPage or MasterPage can have no Background at all (in Basic
check IsEmpty(oDrawPage.Background) ), it makes sense to instantiate the
Background; but when the Background is present, one should be able to
access it and change its properties...so I'm not sure if this is an
issue/RFE here.
