Hi, I am -1 ( binding) as the LICENSE and NOTICE is not correct and it may contain software that is not compatible with the Apache license.
However the LICENSE and NOTICE file are not correct and contain way too much information and doesn’t mention what is contained in the release. e.g. [1] They only need to mention what is in the release artefact.
