Sorry My intention was to start a DISCUSS about 'Create a subproject for Apache APISIX' with the aim of creating a profiling subproject. To add, this project has nothing to do with api7.
In that case, wouldn't it be in the ownership of what the PMC or community? So, do I need to send a new DISCUSS email?
