Hi, I agree with Sheng and Chao. Bringing up companies or other projects in APISIX's mailing list is misleading.
I think the better way to express this is: you want to donate a project to APISIX, and we can vote for it. In addition, Sheng's -1 vote has not been, and still is not taken seriously. According to Apache Voting Process[1], "-1 votes are vetos and kill the proposal dead until all vetoers withdraw their -1 votes". If you want to continue this process to donate a project to APISIX, it is nessasry to explain and reasonize your intentions, so that all people can withdraw their -1 votes. Or you can just start another discuss email, we will keep an eye on it. APISIX has done a good job following the voting process strickly, but I am suprised to see this thing going wild.
