You should never use -lapr (for, say, the past six months). The corect form is: APR_LIBS="`apr-config --link-ld`" or maybe APR_LA_LIBS="`apr-config --link-libtool`" If you want the includes, then: APR_INCLUDES="`apr-config --includes`" Cheers, -g -- Greg Stein, http://www.lyra.org/
