fixing it.
I hereby change my vote to -1 on apr-util. We can't have things like
this in the release. We should roll 1.3.4.
That's a pretty major headache, and if this is the only delta between
1.3.3 and 1.3.4, I'd permit an abbreviated vote of 36 hours to release
1.3.4 apr-util so we can announce both at once.
