Perhaps it is best to plan it the other way around. That would better
fit with your view Tom so:
beta3 is on the 26th.
stable release on the 8th.
If any changes are required to fix problems in beta3, we will add
another beta, the beta4 on the 8th and make the stable release on the
12th instead?
I will put this in the plan.
