As I mentioned earlier, I will be away over the weekend. I will be back
online Monday evening (European time).
I have just changed the plan for the beta3 to the 26th (Wednesday next
week) since the feeling is that we were not ready. If there are any
issues that need approving before commit, I hope Tom Morris will accept
the responsibility of acting as a temporary release manager for the
0.22.beta3 and 0.22 releases until I am back.
