Hi Khalid!

Being able to reverse engineer C# code is to me a missed feature of ArgoUML. I’m currently responsible for the C# code generation module of ArgoUML but the amount of work done on this module is very minimal.

There is currently a module for reverse engineering Java code so I suggest that you take a look at this module to get a view of the complexity involved.

Dear Khalid,

Try formalizing some UML models (semantics) using say, Object-Z and verify the resulting formal models.  This is one of the modules that are yet to be developed and let me know of the outcome.  That will make a very good final project.

Subject: [argouml-dev] Need ArgoUML Project proposal

Hi, my name is Khalid. I am an undergraduate student of computer sciences interested in doing any module of or proposed project about ArgoUML as my Final Project. I checked out the 'ArgoUML Proposals' page but nothing of help except the 'Runtime Directory Structure and Installation' project proposal. I was wandering if you could tell me of any project or module, about ArgoUML, where i could be of help. I have a strong background in .net technologies and am good enough in JAVA.
I read somewhere that currently ArgoUML was capable of generating C# code from design but could not make design from C# code. Could you please tell if that could be a good final project for my BS and any complexities involved in the said project.
I would be really greatful if you could tell me a few projects as i am very much interested in ArgoUML.
Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Khalid Ejaz.
