Hi Tom, et al.,

The most important big new feature at the moment is Undo (according voting). Hence, I would like to have this feature included in the next release.

Most of the work for this feature is done. The only area where its implementation is in an impasse, is the MDR model. I am hoping Tom will find some time to work on this - as the best specialist for this matter.
Tom, will you be able to spend time on this before the next alpha period?

Regards,
Michiel

Subject: [argouml-dev] ArgoUML 0.24 release planning

The 0.24 release is planned for 2007-02-10. This means that
we probably need to enter the alpha period already this year.
Since it is so close let me suggest that we stick to JDK1.4
support through the 0.24 release (and patch releases).

That sounds fine. No one is going to have time to do any Java 5 stuff
anyway if we're going to start the release process right away.

Firstly, and most importantly, are we ready for release 0.24
in February?

I'd like to commit the refactoring of the source import / reverse
engineering subsystem so that it's GUI independent. The work is complete,
but needs more testing, so I probably won't get to it tonight. Perhaps
tomorrow. Other than that I don't have any major work in progress.

I haven't looked at the bug database though. Has anyone else reviewed
what's open to make sure there's nothing critical that needs fixing?

Tom
