The release 0.24.beta2 is now finished and uploading to the downloads
project.
Commits to the trunk will now go into the 0.24 release. If we decide to
make another beta (0.24.beta3), they will be into that first. At this
point a reason for adding another beta would be that some code is
committed into trunk that we are not extremely sure won't introduce any
problem.
Updates to the User Manual and Web site are welcome.
The plan for the 0.24 release is for the 10th of February and that is on
Saturday and I will then plan it for Saturday morning.
