Multiple base classes were introduced in UML 1.4 and ArgoUML didn't implement support for them until the most recent general release (0.24). We should have updated the default profile at the time, but this got missed. Having a single stereotype of each given name with multiple base classes is definitely the right way to go, so thanks for the contributing the new profile.
