Good timing. I was just asking about this. I think Bob's response (integrate into main source repository, but keep as a separate module) is a good first step.
Because I'm not familiar with the status of the project, it would be helpful to me, and perhaps others, to have a summary of the current state and what things need to be done to complete the integration and fully switch over from the old sequence diagram implementation to the new implementation.
