I think this is excellent, and we should use it.

I have a few minor suggestions though:
* The download link should have the words 'Download ArgoUML' on the
button or very close to it, rather than just '0.26 (Windows)'.

* Something odd happens with the background in FF3 when I click the
download link; it shows shows a large dotted box extending much lower
than the button.  Can this be tweaked?

* The google widget overspilled its container at my zoom level.  Can the
width be specified to a ratio or number of pixels that keeps it within
it's container?

Regularly tweaking and changing the home page is a good thing, as it
helps people realise that the project is active!
