Great work.

The text for the windows download overspills it's box for me, but I'd still say go live with this. It's probably a minor change to put it right.

Well done for removing the wasteful project status section from the top of the page!

Ok, now I'm done. Because I didn't want to work on our live site, I've
    done the latest modifications in
    http://argouml-sequence.tigris.org

    Features:
    - 'Intelligent' download. Different downloads for each system. If
javascript is disabled, take the user to the downloads page.
    - Smaller font size for news.
    - Changed table layout for div based layout.
    - Showing a link to the news if javascript is disabled (because the
    widget needs javascript).
    - Removed 'Commercial tools' section.

Layout tested in FF3, Chrome, Safari and IE7 under Windows, with
    resolutions of 1280x800, 1024x768.
Download detector tested on Linux (Konqueror, FF), Windows (same as
    above) and Mac (Safari).

Can we go live in http://argouml.tigris.org
    <http://argouml.tigris.org/>? Any suggestion?
