Hello all!
I am now working to move the Cookbook into the Wiki. You can follow my
progress on either the wiki page

http://argouml.tigris.org/wiki/RecentChanges.
I have so far just gotten through chapters 1, 2, and 3, and started on
chapter 4.
Now with the wiki, if you find anything that is incorrect in any of the
pages, please fix it immediately!
