Hello Ted!
I think this belongs in the Build scripts and tools subcomponent.
I agree that it is not obvious and this is because the subcomponent is named
from the argouml Developer's perspective and not the user's.
I have now renamed the subcomponent to Build, installation, setup - scripts
and tools hoping that this will be an improvement.
