Great! I think we should put the announcement as a News Item and then send
mails with the link on the user and perhaps also the announce mailing lists.
If the User Forum, user wiki, AndroMDA and Archetype forums shall contain
the entire announcement or just a link to the News item doesn't really
matter. We can do that depending on what is appropriate to the forum in
question.
I think you have made a great summary.
There is one item that I would like to add to the list of achievements for
the 0.28 release and that is the completion of the translation in German of
the User Manual. I will tweak the build script or add it manually to include
it in the release.
