Great summary, just tidying up the English a bit...

Also, instead of linking to a specific beta, why don't we link to:

http://argouml-downloads.tigris.org/devrel.html

That way, if the message isn't read until beta 2 or later, the reader will be 
more likely to test the most recent beta version.  Effectively, what we want 
any user to test is always the version at the top of the above page.

I also removed the word 'edge' from 'Draggable edge labels' (issue 1048), 
since 'edge' in this context is really a GEF term, and is probably not 
meaningful to the average user.
