Hi folks,

I asked LH about this and got some feedback for next year.
Here is the transcript:

<penyaskito> lh: just wanted to know if there is any reason for my
organization (argouml) has not been approved for this year SoC, of
course beside of that I'm sure that you got a lot of great proposals
;)
* penyaskito is not ranting, just want to improve our app for next year ;-)
<lh> lots of great proposals, the ideas list was a little thin,
especially for a returning org.
<lh> this was one of those we talked about it and talked about it and
felt awful about it and finally decided not to accept.
<lh> penyaskito: there were a few folks that we really respect that
had been with us before that we turned down this year, it was not an
easy time of reviewing.
<lh> best batch of apps i have ever seen, hands down.
<penyaskito> lh: Thanks for the feedback. Is fine to quote you on our
dev mailing list?
<lh> penyaskito: yes please do so.
<penyaskito> lh Thanks again :-)
