There was a blog entry from someone working on a 0.22 package,
but it seems, that he has never completed the work?
But Ubuntu is Debian-based, right?

Try the Ubuntu package. I only use Gentoo on the desktops these
days and Debian only on servers, where too much stuff is missing
to create a deb, I guess...
