I seem to be having trouble accessing some of the tigris site to get more info but I have found this in my email history regarding release 0.22
<snip> The focus of this release is improved quality including the clean up the loose ends left over from the major implementation work when we upgraded to UML 1.4, continued improvement of support of modeling for AndroMDA, and substantial work on the bug backlog. </snip> So I assume the build was heavily reworked when we dropped UML 1.3 (the NSUML libraries) and took up UML 1.4 (the MDR libraries). That is, both the size and complexity of the build system > *drop* in value during the 0.20 and 0.22 releases.
