Hi Tom,
I haven't tried building with Ant in a while.  I suspect the build file
probably needs updating.

The message I was getting in the console when I launched ArgoUML "target was
null".  The number of messages seemed to correspond to the number of
resources that weren't being replaced.

I'll have another look at it when I get home this evening, and see if there
are any other clues I can dig up.
